Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in may be available for a fee when arranged in advance. You will receive a personal smart-lock code before arrival.
Can I check in the same day someone else checks out?
Yes. Checkout is at 11:00 AM and new check-ins begin at 4:00 PM. The calendar is based on nights occupied, so the departure day remains available for a new arrival later that afternoon.
How many guests can stay?
The condo accommodates 2 adults under normal circumstances (king bed + living area).
Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed.
Is there parking?
Yes. Park only in the space labeled 414. Security can help if you need assistance locating it.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes — high-speed Wi-Fi is included. Login details are provided before check-in.
What are the house rules?
Please leave the A/C on (ideal 72–75°F) and keep balcony doors closed when not actively using them. No smoking. Rinse beach gear before bringing it inside. Use designated trash locations.
What fees should I expect?
Cleaning fee $150 (one-time). Taxes approximately 13% plus $5 per night. $500 refundable security deposit. We provide a clear total before you confirm.
